Provenance is a watchword that too many restaurants oversubscribe to. To truly understand about the provenance of one’s ingredients there has to be a genuine supplier relationship that goes beyond business itself that demonstrates the passions of both supplier and craftsman. It is our philosophy that the business side of matters will then become obvious and respectful. To this end, it has always been important to us to keep the supply chain as short as possible and we would like to introduce you to a few of the great people we are proud to be working with and whom supply Trinity on a daily basis with its amazing produce.
Shipton Mill
Set in a beautiful Cotswold valley near Tetbury, the mill at Shipton Moyne Wood has been producing flour since the time of the Domesday Book. Today it produces a wide variety of Speciality Flours, using both traditional grain and traditional methods
Damian Allsop Chocolates
A close friend of Adam’s, Damian has re-invented the ganache, using water to unlock the true flavour of chocolate.
Moxons Fresh Fish
Robin Moxon has three shops in South London and stocks ethically sourced fish from around the British Coast and Billingsgate Markets. A great friend of the restaurant, Robin is always on hand with fantastic produce.

Loch Duart Salmon
The original Loch Duart site operated is the oldest salmon farm in Sutherland, dating back to 1975. 'Best practice' is the principle applied to Loch Duart salmon at every stage of rearing, harvesting and supply.
Murray’s Fresh Fish
London’s only independent fishmonger, Richard Murray delivers an unparalleled service along with some of the finest fish and shellfish in the capital. Specialising in day boat and line caught produce from Cornwall, to the Isle of Wight to Mersea Island and beyond.
Keltic Seafare
Based in Dingwall, Ross-shire, Keltic Seafare are suppliers of scallops of incomparable quality. All hand dived. Run by Alasdair and Ailsa Hughson, along with Marian and Laurence Watkins, they also specialise in day-boat creel caught langoustine and lobster.
Blackwells Farm Produce
The Blackwell family has been farming in the Coggeshall area for four generations. Operating a farm shop alongside quality wholesale meat distribution.
M. Moen & Sons
A member of the 'Guild of Q Butchers', Moen’s has been resident in Clapham for nearly 30 years. Specialising in only the best organic and free range meats and seasonal produce.
Direct Meats
Based in East Anglia, Direct Meats sources everything from local farmers it knows and trusts, buying the animals live and then using a small, locally run abattoir to guarantee their comfort and wellbeing.

Britain's leading professional association of Head Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Restaurant Managers and suppliers. Adam is part of the “adopt a school” program with the Academy of Culinary Arts.
I.A. Harris & Son
A family run business, spanning three generations, based in the heart of New Covent Garden Market. Harris & Son supply only the freshest and most seasonal produce available, whilst also importing the best in Italian and French fruit and vegetables.
Jing Tea

Fantastic suppliers of fruit and vegetables, specialising in highly seasonal produce such as wild mushrooms and truffles, Mara des bois strawberries and asparagus from Kent. Also supply specialist pastry products.
Neal’s Yard Dairy
Founded in 1979 by Nick Saunders and Randolph Hodgson as a cheesemaker's shop. Neal’s Yard buy cheese from about seventy cheesemakers on farms around Britain and Ireland, which they sell wholesale and in their two shops in London.

Square Mile coffee roasters are true experts in their field, passionate and dedicated. Square Mile understands the complex process behind coffee, from growing to harvesting to the very craft of roasting itself. We are thrilled to now be working with them.
North Street Potters
