“A little knowledge that acts is worth
infinitely more than much knowledge that is
idle.” Kahlil Gibran
“Thoughts for Food” will be continuing at
Trinity Restaurant through 2009, with classes
restarting on the 14th July. Adam and some guest
hosts will take on a class every fortnight
teaching the fundamental basics of cooking. The
curriculum will include subjects such as Market
Shopping, Kitchen Secrets, and Corker! (see
calendar for the full list of subjects).
Most classes will begin at 10am with light
refreshments, and the lesson will run for two
hours. You will then have a short break and
return to enjoy the fruits of your tuition over
a light lunch and a glass of Champagne in our
relaxed dining room.
These classes are a mixture of visual
demonstration and verbal tuition. Note pads,
recipe cards and refreshments are all included.
Adam has built a strong reputation for
accessible learning and covering interesting and
innovative topics. We offer private classes for
those wishing to book for 8-12 guests, and have
held these previously as great family events or
corporate team building classes.
Adam is part of the “adopt a school” program
with the Academy of Culinary Arts and has
demonstrated at various cookery schools and
restaurant shows over the years. He regularly
appears on BBC Saturday Morning Kitchen.
“Thoughts for Food” are priced from £50 per
person. If you would like more information, or
