Yes, Christmas is just
around the corner...my
absolute favourite time of
year for cooking and
convivial eating.
This year we are offering
Goose as our celebratory
main course. The geese where
raised on
Blackwells Farm
in Essex by George Blackwell
and in true Trinity style we
will be doing these
feathered fowl justice by
serving the breast slow
cooked, legs confit, a
stuffing with cranberry and
chestnuts, all served with
salt-baked celeriac and rich
cooking juices. We are
offering a package designed
specifically for group
festive celebrations with
minimal decisions to
navigate.
I, like you, am keen to get
my house in order and start
on vital prep-work so we
would encourage you to book
early for both lunch and
dinner during the festive
period. We will be open for
lunch on Mondays throughout
the month of December.
